1. Website Usage Terms

• This website is for lawful purposes only. Any misuse is strictly prohibited.

• Users must not:

  • Attempt hacking, server attacks, or data misuse.

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

  • Violate any Bangladeshi laws or regulations.

• Electroxbd reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate user access at its sole discretion.

2. Product Information & Technical Knowledge

• Electroxbd sells electronic components, modules, and DIY parts.

• Product images are for reference only. Specifications and physical appearance may slightly vary based on manufacturer updates.

• We aim for absolute accuracy, but unintentional typographical or technical errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors without prior notice.

• User Technical Responsibility: Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring proper technical knowledge, correct component selection, and safe electrical handling. Electroxbd is not liable for damage caused by improper wiring, short circuits, or misuse.

3. Pricing & Order Acceptance Policy

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change without prior notice.

• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance or stock availability.

• Electroxbd reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Out-of-stock items or inventory discrepancies.

  • Incorrect pricing or system glitches.

  • Payment verification failure or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Unboxing Policy

• We deliver across Bangladesh. Estimated delivery times depend on location and courier operational status.

• Electroxbd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, weather conditions, or unavoidable circumstances.

• Mandatory Unboxing Inspection: Customers are strongly advised to record a continuous, unedited Unboxing Video while opening the parcel. Claims regarding missing, physically damaged, or wrong items upon delivery must be reported within 24 hours along with the video proof.

5. Return, Replacement & Warranty Disclaimer

• Returns or replacements are accepted conditionally and must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.

• Products must be unused, un-soldered, intact, and in their original packaging with the invoice. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Warranty Limits: Warranty varies by product type; many electronic components/modules carry no warranty once soldered or powered up.

• Warranty Exclusions: Warranty strictly does not cover:

  • Physical damage, burn damage, or IC overheating.

  • Reverse polarity, incorrect wiring, or power surges.

  • User mishandling, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Dispute Resolution & Customer Support

• Mandatory Support Contact: In the event of any product flaw, wrong shipment, or service dispute, the customer agrees to first contact Electroxbd Customer Support (via WhatsApp/Email) to request resolution.

• Investigation Window: Electroxbd shall be given 3 to 5 business days to investigate the issue and offer a solution (repair, replacement, or store credit/refund).

• Direct legal complaints or official claims filed without first attempting this internal resolution process, or where product damage was caused by user handling/misuse, shall be deemed invalid under our policy terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Electroxbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to business interruption, equipment destruction, or personal injury resulting from product application or website usage. Products are used entirely at the buyer’s own risk.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on electroxbd.com—including text, graphics, logos, images, and code—is the property of Electroxbd. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under Bangladesh copyright laws.

9. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

• Electroxbd reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. All legal disputes fall under local jurisdiction.

বাংলাদেশের ইলেকট্রনিক পার্টসের বিশ্বস্ত মাধ্যম Electroxbd-তে আপনাকে স্বাগতম। electroxbd.com ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার বা পণ্য ক্রয়ের মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত না হলে ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার না করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা যাচ্ছে।

১. ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলী

• এই ওয়েবসাইটটি শুধুমাত্র বৈধ কাজের উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করা যাবে।

• ব্যবহারকারীরা কোনোভাবেই:

  • ওয়েবসাইট হ্যাকিং, ডাটা অপব্যবহার বা সাইটের নিরাপত্তায় ব্যাঘাত ঘটাতে পারবেন না।

  • কোনো ভুয়া বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য প্রদান করতে পারবেন না।

• কোনো নিয়ম অমান্য করলে Electroxbd যেকোনো অ্যাকাউন্টের অ্যাক্সেস স্থগিত বা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।

২. পণ্যের তথ্য ও কারিগরি দায়িত্ব

• Electroxbd ইলেকট্রনিক কম্পোনেন্ট, মডিউল এবং DIY পার্টস বিক্রি করে থাকে।

• ওয়েবসাইটে দেওয়া ছবিগুলো রেফারেন্সের জন্য। ম্যানুফ্যাকচারার বা প্রস্তুতকারক প্রতিষ্ঠানের পরিবর্তনের কারণে মূল পণ্যের কালার বা ডিজাইনে সামান্য পার্থক্য হতে পারে।

• আমরা সঠিক তথ্য দেওয়ার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি, তবে অনিচ্ছাকৃত কোনো তথ্য বা টাইপিং ভুল থাকলে তা সংশোধন করার অধিকার প্রতিষ্ঠানের রয়েছে।

• গ্রাহকের কারিগরি দায়িত্ব: সঠিক পণ্য নির্বাচন, পার্টসের সঠিক ব্যবহার এবং ইলেকট্রিক্যাল সুরক্ষার দায়িত্ব সম্পূর্ণ গ্রাহকের। ভুল অয়্যারিং (Wiring), শর্ট সার্কিট বা ভুল ব্যবহারের কারণে পণ্য নষ্ট হলে Electroxbd দায়ী থাকবে না।

৩. মূল্য নির্ধারণ ও অর্ডার গ্রহণ নীতি

• সকল পণ্যের মূল্য বাংলাদেশী টাকায় (BDT) দেওয়া রয়েছে এবং পূর্বঘোষণা ছাড়াই মূল্য পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

• অর্ডার প্লেস করার মাধ্যমেই স্টক নিশ্চিত হয় না।

• নিম্নোক্ত কারণে Electroxbd যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার ক্ষমতা রাখে:

  • স্টকে পণ্য না থাকলে বা ইনভেন্টরি বিভ্রাট হলে।

  • ভুল মূল্য প্রদর্শিত হলে।

  • পেমেন্ট ভেরিফিকেশন ব্যর্থ হলে বা ভুয়া অর্ডার মনে হলে।

৪. শিপিং, ডেলিভারি ও আনবক্সিং নীতি

• আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি সেবা প্রদান করি। স্থানভেদে ডেলিভারির সময় ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

• কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের বিলম্ব, প্রতিকূল আবহাওয়া বা অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কোনো পরিস্থিতির কারণে ডেলিভারিতে দেরি হলে Electroxbd দায়ী থাকবে না।

• আনবক্সিং ভিডিও বাধ্যতামূলক: পার্সেল গ্রহণের সময় বা খোলার মুহূর্তে গ্রাহককে একটি সম্পূর্ণ আনবক্সিং ভিডিও (Unboxing Video) ধারণ করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে। পার্সেল খুলে কোনো পণ্য ভাঙা, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা মিসিং পাওয়া গেলে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ভিডিও প্রমাণসহ আমাদের জানাতে হবে।

৫. রিটার্ন, রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ও ওয়ারেন্টি নীতি

• পণ্য গ্রহণের ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে সুনির্দিষ্ট কারণ দর্শিয়ে রিটার্ন বা রিপ্লেসমেন্টের আবেদন করতে হবে।

• ফেরত দেওয়া পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, আন-সোল্ডারড (Un-soldered) এবং অরিজিনাল প্যাকেজিং ও ইনভয়েসসহ অক্ষত থাকতে হবে। শিপিং চার্জ অফেরতযোগ্য।

• ওয়ারেন্টির সীমাবদ্ধতা: প্রোডাক্টের ধরন অনুযায়ী ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য। অনেক ইলেকট্রনিক কম্পোনেন্ট বা মডিউলে কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি থাকে না (বিশেষ করে ব্যবহারে যুক্ত করার পর)।

• যেসকল ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়:

  • আগুনে পোড়া, ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ বা আইসি (IC) জ্বলে গেলে।

  • ভুল সংযোগ (Reverse Polarity), ওভার-ভোলেটেজ বা শর্ট সার্কিট হলে।

  • কাস্টমারের ভুল ব্যবহার, তরল পদার্থের সংস্পর্শ বা অননুমোদিত পরিবর্তনের ক্ষেত্রে।

৬. অভিযোগ ও বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি প্রক্রিয়া

• কাস্টমার সাপোর্টে যোগাযোগ: কোনো পণ্যে সমস্যা বা সার্ভিস সংক্রান্ত অসন্তোষ থাকলে, আইনি ব্যবস্থা বা অফিসিয়াল অভিযোগের পূর্বে গ্রাহককে প্রথমে Electroxbd-এর অফিশিয়াল সাপোর্ট (WhatsApp/Email)-এ জানাতে হবে।

• তদন্তের সময়সীমা: লিখিত অভিযোগ পাওয়ার পর প্রতিষ্ঠানকে তদন্ত ও পর্যালোচনার জন্য ৩ থেকে ৫ কার্যদিবস সময় দিতে হবে।

• প্রতিষ্ঠানের অফিশিয়াল কাস্টমার কেয়ারে যোগাযোগ না করে সরাসরি অভিযোগ দায়ের করা হলে, কিংবা গ্রাহকের নিজস্ব ভুল ব্যবহারের কারণে পণ্য নষ্ট হলে এই নীতিমালার অধীনে তা গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

৭. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা (Limitation of Liability)

পণ্য ব্যবহার বা অপব্যবহারের ফলে কোনো অপ্রত্যক্ষ ক্ষতি, ব্যবসার ক্ষতি, ডিভাইস বা ইক্যুইপমেন্টের ক্ষতি কিংবা শারীরিক আঘাতের জন্য Electroxbd কোনোভাবেই দায়ী থাকবে না। গ্রাহক নিজ দায়িত্বে কারিগরি জ্ঞান প্রয়োগ করে পণ্য ব্যবহার করবেন।

৮. মেধা স্বত্বাধিকার (Intellectual Property)

electroxbd.com-এর সমস্ত কনটেন্ট (লেখা, লোগো, ছবি, ডিজাইন) Electroxbd-এর নিজস্ব সম্পত্তি। অনুমতি ছাড়া এগুলো কপি বা ব্যবহার করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ এবং কপিরাইট আইন অনুযায়ী দণ্ডনীয়।

৯. আইন ও নীতিমালার পরিবর্তন

• Electroxbd যেকোনো সময় এই নিয়মাবলী পরিবর্তন বা পরিমার্জন করার অধিকার রাখে।

• এই শর্তাবলী গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে এবং যেকোনো আইনি বিরোধ স্থানীয় আদালতের এখতিয়ারভুক্ত হবে।
